TERMS & CONDITIONS – DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS

Terms and Conditions for Purchase & Use of Discounted Vouchers

• The promoter is: Universal Light Catering Limited whose registered office is at 24 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2

• By purchasing a discounted voucher, the purchaser is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the rules of Discounted Vouchers.
• Only one Voucher can be purchased per person and only one voucher will thereafter be accepted per person, per household, per email address, per table. Multiple vouchers purchased by the same person will be refunded.

• All DISCOUNT vouchers will be by emailed a QR Code only and be valid for FIVE Years from the date of delivery.
• DISCOUNT Vouchers are only available ONE per person.
• ONLY ONE Discount Voucher can be used at any one time, for any table or meal.
• Staff, family of staff, friends of staff are prohibited from availing of Discounted Vouchers.
• The rules of our Shack Restaurant Discounted Vouchers are as follows:

• A table booking must be made to use the voucher.
• Only QR Code Vouchers are valid Vouchers
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

• The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or breakage during delivery by courier.
